Firearms and Accessories Refund Policy

All firearm sales are final. Firearms are not returnable/refundable. Once the form 4473 has been completed, the firearm is considered used. Accessories and other products, excluding special order items, are refundable for 7 days after receipt of the item. All refundable items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items will be subject to the restocking fee and may be returned on a case by case basis.

Class/Training Refund Policy

If you can’t make the set class date, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. If reschedule is requested 5 or less days from the date of the class, a $30 fee will be applied.

If a cancellation is requested more than 5 days from the class date, a full refund will be given. If a cancellation is requested 5 or less days from the day of the class, a 50% refund will be given.

If no class date has been selected and a refund is requested, a full refund will be given.

There are no refunds for online class purchases. 

Proficiency demonstration refund policy is the same as the class policy above. The instructor can terminate a Proficiency Demonstration at any time because of unsafe gun handling or any other safety concerns. No refunds will be given for cancellations due to safety violations. No refunds will be given for shooting qualification failures. The qualification may be performed again and will be allowed at the discretion of the instructor.
