The LTC-104 certificate can be brought to any Texas certified LTC instructor to complete the proficiency demonstration. When purchased with the LTC Austin Proficiency Demonstration, you will have everything needed in order to obtain your Texas Concealed Carry Permit. Texas Approved Online Course Provider
Don’t be fooled by other companies offering a license to carry or concealed handgun license that are not Texas Approved Online Course Providers. If they are not an approved online course provider through the state of Texas then you will not receive a Texas License to Carry. You will receive a license from a different state, not Texas. Out of state licenses do not offer the same benefits of a Texas LTC. If you choose to go through another company, please be sure they are an approved online course provider through the state of Texas and that you are actually applying for a Texas LTC.
I am certified under Texas GC 411.188 and GC 411.190 to administer the LTC Online Course (classroom instruction only).
